- The PFRA has specific environmental assessment guidelines and standardized procedures for oil and gas companies working within PFRA pasture lands. Completed environmental assessments are submitted in the form of an Environmental Impact Statement to the PFRA Pasture Manager, Land Manager, and Real Property Section.
